I found my way into illustration and design by a series of chances - choices I had made on a whim or that I was guided to by circumstance. I had always thought of it as a bit fumbly and haphazard, but looking back, I think that it was actually a series of intuitive decisions. I think I always knew that this was where I wanted to go, but didn't know it until I got here. And now that I’m here, it’s amazing!

I have quite an eclectic taste. My range is reflected in my two favourite kinds of projects - those that are playful, quirky and filled with wonder, and those that are moody and emotive. It’s this range in interests that keeps me exploring and experimenting to find interesting ways of expressing identities and concepts. 

 

Finding the perfect approach to expressing a concept is my happy place. It’s like solving a puzzle - what tools and techniques will convey the message in a way that people can connect with? How can I take the client’s message and bring it to life? I love a good challenge and I’m all about nailing the brief to produce something with meticulous attention to detail and quality!
